This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and terms of use for access or usage of the website www.vrumaira.com (including its mobile site and mobile application), hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”.

The Platform is owned and operated by Vrumaira, an Indian brand engaged in the business of fashion and imitation jewellery, having its registered office at first floor, 21, krishna row house, yogichowk, nana varachha, surat, India] (hereinafter referred to as “Vrumaira”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, or using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies.

1. DEFINITIONS

User / You / Your: Any person who accesses, browses, or purchases from the Platform.
Products: Jewellery and related accessories sold under the Vrumaira brand.
Services: Website access, browsing, purchasing, payment processing, delivery, and customer support.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO USE

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use this Platform.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration or checkout. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities conducted through it.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION & DISCLAIMER

All product images are for representation purposes only.
Minor variations in color, shine, size, stone setting, or finish may occur due to photography, lighting, screen resolution, or handcrafted nature of jewellery.
Vrumaira does not guarantee that the product appearance on your screen will exactly match the delivered product.
Our jewellery is fashion / imitation jewellery, not certified precious metal or gemstone unless explicitly stated.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of GST as applicable.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability.
Payments can be made via prepaid methods or Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, location, weather, or force majeure events.
Delays caused by courier partners are not attributable to Vrumaira.
Risk of loss passes to you upon successful delivery.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Returns/exchanges are accepted only as per our Return & Refund Policy, published separately on the Platform.
Products damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, water exposure, perfume, sweat, or improper storage are not eligible.
COD refusal or repeated non-acceptance may lead to account suspension.

8. CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the Platform including logos, images, videos, text, designs, and graphics are the exclusive property of Vrumaira. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Misuse discount codes or payment systems
Attempt to harm the Platform, its users, or reputation
Copy or scrape data, images, or content

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Vrumaira is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of such websites.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Vrumaira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific product or ₹100, whichever is lower, as permitted by law.

13. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vrumaira and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable laws.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or governmental actions.

15. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform without notice if you violate these Terms.

16. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in surat, gujrat, India.
